It was so easy to schedule this appointment online and the service happened quickly. I sent my online request on Friday night and Henry was at my door first thing Saturday morning. Henry was courteous, polite, and friendly and explained what needed to be done. The first repair made didn’t 100% solve our toilet issue, so he made sure to recheck everything and ended up replacing a part that he needed to go out and get. Henry was respectful of my time and my home and I appreciate that. Will definitely use this company again!
Joe was amazing.Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He inspected the a/c system and diagnosed several issues that needed to be addressed. He took care of them and performed several tests to make sure everything worked well.I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Strongly recommended.

Sebastian was great. Friendly and professional, and showed up in about half an hour. Solved the problem and did a lot of work to see what the was the underlying issue causing the clog so we can pursue next steps. His colleagues Angel came by to look since its a slightly tricky situation and was also great.

They installed new more efficient fixtures including faucets, shower heads and toilets, and updated the pipes where needed. They used HVAC procedures to address the mold issues. I had Service hero Joe , Tanner and Tony out to my house for a plumbing issue and for a duct brush retrieval, from a different duct company, and duct repair and a/c repair. All of the men were kind , personable and professional.Tanner was very knowledgeable and thorough on plumbing.Joe is very knowledgeable the the hvac/ducts and a/c. Joe and Tony went above and beyond to find, retrieve and then fix the dryer duct.Joe also was clever in coming up with a way to fix my old a/c pipe when the conventional way wouldn't work because of the A/c being old. He also did a great job of changing the gas hose and valve.Thank you Tanner, Joe and Tony.

Our AC broke in the evening in the middle of summer. I called multiple HVAC companies who advertised 24/7 And Service hero was the only company who responded and gave me an accurate time of service for the next morning. I was so impressed with the service technicians Ryan and Shane as they were extremely kind and professional. They were so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.
I had assumed my HVAC system was old yet functional, so I hadn’t bothered to inspect it, considering it was on the roof and not easily accessible. However, when Jordan examined it, he took detailed pictures revealing its poor condition. His recommendation was to replace it. After shopping around, I received a quote of approximately 29k from Home Depot for a replacement system, which left me stunned. Ultimately, Jordan and his team provided me with a superior Trane 4-ton 15.5 SEER 2-speed picked unit for 18k, including duct cleaning and a Nest thermostat. The installation was punctual, and the crew was courteous throughout. I recommend their services.
They fixed a leak from the condensate pipe from the furnace in my attic. They were friendly, and we're though rough. They went back and checked again, found another joint leaking and fixed that too. Would definitely call them again if I need any other HVAC work
I am so impressed by Edgar and Service Hero that i want to leave a reviewfor the benefitof others. I needed my main line sewer cleanout hydrated, I called several plumbing companies who would charge me to come over even to give me a quote, or couldn't make it today as the weather is bad and they are not available. Service Hero was answered by a professional person who told me there would be No Charge to come out for an estimate, a professional van with 2 uniformed technicians came out within a half our, explained the work and results to me in excellent detail. I am impressed with EDGAR, he knows his stuff and super patient explaining my dumb questions. His company should note that Edgar is an asset. Their rates are extremely reasonable and fair, I know as I called around. My problem is fixed so quickly , and I only want to call them from now on for any plumbing or HVAC systems they service. I truly wish the best to them. I plan to leave another review on our Nextdoor app as well for my neighborhood, honest solid businesses need support to keep doing what they do.
Francisco spent many hours working on my heating system. The mother boards and dampers needed to be replaced. He worked diligently to get the job done! He is quite knowledgeable with the system and is very patient to explain how it works and what he’s doing to fix it. They are definitely my go to for my HVAC needs.

Very impressed with Mark and his work partner. They resolved the issue and located the sewer clearout that neither the pool guy nor I had been able to locate. They also identified a roof issue that I wasn't aware of. Both were friendly and personable and the service overall exceeded my expectations. The final cost was much lower than I anticipated. Definitely recommend for any future plumbing issues. Update: Joseph Rothenberger came by Thursday evening to perform an inspection of the HVAC system and I was equally impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness. All of the employees that have come to my house have represented the company and themselves very well. I have no hesitation in recommending Service Hero!
John Michel and Joseph notified me that they were on their way to my home within the first hour of my three hour window… Which is always much appreciated! They both did an extremely thorough job of going over both of my HVAC units, letting me know how they were running and preparing them for the upcoming summer. When they were finished, they met with me and explained the repairs that they felt were needed. They were not pushy. They explained everything thoroughly, basically giving me all of the information I needed to be able to make an educated decision about the ongoing maintenance of my units. I would highly recommend them both.
Had a great experience with these guys. The price seemed a little steep at first, but they weren’t above and beyond what I was charged for and could have charged much more than they did. Would use again and recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.
